Surprisingly I don't scrape as much as I thought I would, only on one or two speed bumps around me and if I'm going too fast on a bumpy road it bottoms out

yeaahhhhh :( ill eventually put the helpers back in the rear when I get time but I'm not too bothered about how it sits really until I get my wheels on

My brother's is the same, he kept his helpers in the rear, cant go any further down without notching the chassis :(

I have RH cups, originally going to go baby blue centres but now thinking maybe just just go black then get the dish's professionally mirror polished depending if I can convince myself its worth the money, because I know I'd do a shit job anyway!

Mirror polishing isnt too hard, just requires time and patience, and sore fingers.

Think the baby blue would look nice, was going to do a similar theme on my mates loop on his Enzo cups, so it should work.

Headliner looks and much better now its lowwered

i've just started attempting to mirror polish my rims i'm not even half way through the first one and i'm dreading doing the rest but the benifits are already showing from a few hours hard rubbing down.

I want this car

finally sitting 100mm all round on new coilovers, although rear looks higher here because of the road

thought I'd get a quick shot today just passing the time.

alloys are currently with Dav at PureKLAS so can't wait till I pick them up all shiny and polished, will just need painting then I can finally sort out exactly how I want it sitting and get a decent photoshoot sorted out :)

will give the paintwork a once over before the summer aswell and sort out a few little paint drips from the previous owner and get the bumper looking new(er)

what glue u use for the headlining dude?? i used just spray glue on my mk2 golfs and in the hot weather it started to sag :(

This is so freakin awesome! Love the headlining and the 151 sticker in particular, so cool!

yeah well sean, will look like a completely new car when it gets a wash and the wheels on at the same time :p

matty, it was just spray adhesive, it has saggy slightly in parts but I didn't leave it to set properly, best bet is to leave the lining out for 24 hours to let it set, I put mine straight in

cheers mphgoose. at the end of the day, its pretty much standard bar lowered, steering wheel and headliner, so hopefully once I get the wheels back it will motive me a bit more to start making it slightly more unique

right, I was never planning to get a new interior due to money, but since I got this for free, I can't complain, fronts and rears

Then colour coded my handles, anyone else got a candy white VW, LB9A? The cans from halfords have come out like a creamy white then the paint but you can't really notice until close up :/

Should be able to pick up my polished wheels from PureKlas this week

then it shouldn't be long before I can get them on and get it sitting right for once!
