here we have my 'V' reg arden blue corsa, 1.0 12v on logbook but fitted with a redtop.

the engine came out a h reg gav gsi only got removed from the cav because of rust.

the engine has -

a coscast head (so none of that porous bull5hit you get with gm heads)

engine has covered 89,000 miles, was on 84,000 when it came out of the cav no smoke or nasty noises, and doesn't tap from cold. and doesn't use any oil or water.

f20 close ratio box

4 branch manifold with full straight through stainless steel exhaust (having a stainless steel middle box put in though as it is to loud really)

oil cooler fitted.

new luk clutch approx 1000 miles ago.

new plugs, leads, oil, filter and coolant temp sensor fitted.

rolling roaded at 158.6 bhp last month. very good considering the engine is standard.

rest of the car has -

300lb springs (the right springs for 2.0 corsa) not bouncy or bone braking. lol. sits nice.

drilled and grooved discs with greenstuff pads.

astra gsi interior. looks really good in a corsa and i haven't seen it done before so makes a change.

elec windows

central locking

elec power stearing.

7 months mot left on it and tax til end of nov (will put 6 months tax on)

proberbly bits I've missed out.

really good car and the conversion was done by a vauxhall tuning specialist so not a driveway bodge like alot of them. heater matrix plumbed in, gears feel mint and go in as they should, not sloppy and the speedo works.

bad bits -

the car used to be a learner car, still had dual control pedals when i got it. lol. and when the stickers came off the car they pealed some laquer off with them. been quoted 150 quid from a body shop to sort. duznt really bother me though.
