Hi people...... This is my newly refurbed 1.4 Supercahrged Mk4. I am very new to this game although my dad has been building conversions for the past 20years my knowledge is limited. You may have seen her before as it was built about 3 years ago but has finally come home haha. i have alot of work still to do but she is on her way. I have totally re-built the engine and given her some tlc like she deserves. i have done nothing with the interior but thats my next stage, so any advice/inspiration you can send my way will be greatly appriciated. i want tot keep her as standard as possible which i have managed to do so far. the interior on the other hand has got to sparkle lol.... i had her re-mapped and she is pushing 140bhp at the flywheel and 85-90bhp at the wheels (i dont know how this compares to others with the same spec... if there are any).

Also i have seen people using the term "6n" and "6n2" what is the difference between these and a Mk4 ????

Any Help advice and comments are most welcome .

It is a cuistom made manifold that my dad designed as the standard plastic manifolds cannot take the pressure...

lol affraid the adoption is out of the question sorry lol. as for the rest of it it has got uprated pistons the bores have been ground out and the head has been skimmed slightly. but as i said on the post my knowledge is limited i am going to get my dad to write out everything that has been done to it so i can understand it better myself lol.... i have only had her on the road a week but she is awsome lol.....

Its wicked mate we have always done stuff like this (well i say "we" i mean my dad)lol this is the first time i have actually done it all by my self and to be totally honest its one of the most rewarding things to do. at the end of the day you know you have done all the work and shes all yours at the end of it... what more do you want..... Dads are the best though its gotta be said!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

for interior thinking a wrapped roll cage that keep to shape of car e.g runs up 'a' post 'b' post and rear pillar so looks stock from out side until u get in u got a awesome lookin stripped out look. a mate of mine modified audi TTS seats to fit in front and the rear bench seat from same car. looks wicked. leather seats with white cross stich and of course got that amazing 'TTS' stiched bang in your face. look amazing. u can also get your whole dash and door cars made in leather by a pro trimmer but it'll cost.

That thing is a beast I would change the numberplates and exhaust but apart from that looking good :-)

Thanks pal, regards to exhaust whats you are thinking i dont know the market to be honest with you so any ideas on makes etc would be much appriciated also i take it GB Pressed plates are the better way to go????

Obviously it all depends on your opinion, that's what makes car customisation fun.

In my opinion pressed GB plates would suit the car better (and draw less attention from the 5-0) and as for exhaust, depends what you prefer, take a look through the mk4 section to see what people are running, I'm more of a fan of hidden tailpipes so might not be the best to advise. Welcome to ClubPolo btw

yes mate we are based in horncastle on your way out on the left going towards lincoln... My plans are to totally strip the interior and make it a total contrast between exterior and interior... I wanna do as many shows as poss next year and just enjoy it abit. shes a bit of fun at the end of the day so wanna play with her lol...

Ill be getting the full spec on ere tonight hopefully.. thats if i can pin my dad down for 10mins lol hes always doing somthing lol .
