Was he or was he trying to make an objective point (the guy making a homemade one could have an engineering degree and be a master welder for all we know), that how it reads to me anyways dint see an issue between u both till that point! There were actually some good points being raised by you both IMO!

all i wanted for diy addvise tbh . i found out the other day the body shop down the road from me do it so if i do i will get it done there but at the moment its ok my wheels sit flush in the arch .

now on to the point of everyone argueing . were ment to be talking about our cars and enjoyiong the volkswagen scene not biting each others tounges off .
