  • Picked it up yesterday, It's an animal - Pics and videos to follow over the weekend

Lol I'll try :) just do much to do and a few of them are waiting on companies (driveshafts mainly) so might have to make them myself just to get it done then swap them afterwards!

Haha what you doing to yours? Still trying to find some wider dishes?

The time frames easy...my cars still a patchwork of primer and I still need to repair the sills, paint it, polish it and build up with the stock pile of parts of collected over the last few weeks haha.

Lol mines basically a shell at the moment, nothing inside or in the bay....I would love for my car to be in primer and have 3weeks to do it lol!

Good luck :)

I've had no interior in the back since my central locking started playing up if that counts.

The question is, why do we do it haha.

  • Author

Haha I'll count that....won't take long to put back in though ;) on the interior, I still got to make some custom subframes for the new seats too :(

No idea!! Haha costing me a fortune and so fucking stressful! Lol

Thats a deal Harry! :) my first show in it will be Spring Fest at Santa Pod 22nd April. You should make a trip up to that and we'll sort it out on the track ;)

Spent a good few hours with 2 mates on the car last night till about 1 and still no primer :(

Had to make a few adjustments to the pedal box and cut a hole in the bulkhead for the clutch cylinder to come through and also weld up the clutch cable hole - As usual it took longer than expected lol.

Got a few bits to do on the pedal box and get the cylinder through the new hole this morning then we can hopefully start painting by this afternoon :)

Liking the progress, have a mental thought of everything that needs to go through before paint eh! Such as extra wires/cables, last thing you'd wanna be doing is drilling around fresh paint or cracking your fibreglass and such!

Keep up the hard work, looking forward to updates

Very similar to what i was gonna say, take your time and get it right first time, I know you have a deadline but itd be worse if you had to keep redoing things or something happened
