Anyway got the power steering pipes all sorted and routed :)

Harry did you take a note of the wires your joined together? i'll take a look at this myself so might as well see if its the same with the wiring i have.

Any updates?

So got a new Starter motor at the weekend and it has been fitted for the time being (Until the car is up and running then I will take back off for painting)

Also the wiring has now been fully extended (Again) and is ready to be plugged in then rad etc put back on and filled up with coolant!

Bad news on one of my new wheels as well :( One of the barrels has lost at least half of the threads and possibly have even been drilled out previously so unless I can get them Re-taped it will need a new Barrel which means Re-painting one!

I tried to yeah lol.....got a bit frustrated with it after a while because I was writing stuff down then noticing it was actually wrong one etc but got a note of which colours go with what pin etc but will have to see if they correct this weekend :)

With regards to the barrel dude, can't you get the holes Heilcoiled? If you or dont know anyone who can do it let me know and ill do it for postage costs

Doubt it'd be exspensive to be fair. Just a case of drilling, tapping then screw the heli's in. Peice of cheese really.

Spent last 30mins ringing around and everyone says its not worth it :/ and just to buy a new Barrel :(

People wanted 250-300 to helicoil the barrel....around 15 bolt holes are gone :( so no point helicoiling to be honest!

Luckily Mike the Polisher has a spare 1off barrel for me has been sat in his unit for years he said so will need a lot prep and then painting but cheaper than buying a new one at 500+

Not something you can just put nuts on the back like? Might sound stupid to people in the know, I've no idea with splits sorry.

You can but would need longer bolts and I've just bought some brand new gold ones :(

Up to you man, i'd be able to do it at work. You'd just have to let me know what thread size you need them so i can get a Heli-kit to suit :)

Cheers man! I think I'm going to buy the barrel I've been offered and paint that but also repair this one so I can use it as a spare if needs be! So probably send it to you in a few weeks and drop you some beer $ :)

Will get a video in the week....running really lumpy etc and have fault read it and they are basically injectors and few other bits (because these have been upgraded from standard ones to handle the K04) so it just needs a map now

I know thats what I though :( but 2 places said that.....I've bought a new Barrel now which is coming end of this week so will need to paint that and then keep the other as a spare (Emergency)

Lol I'll try get one of it tonight (But it is lump as fuck!)

It's almost there now, just got to work out what to do with the lights/indicators because they are from a 6n2 and I still have the 6n lights etc :( but as soon as thats sorted then I can put it back together and get it mapped!
