Who wants to see what Ken Block did during the podium ceramony of WRGB?

I don't get all this Ken Block hating either. He's had an unremarkable debut at rallying, but how many drivers walk into the WRC and dominate it? Or any other sport, for that matter.

It's a new discipline, and he's learning. He'll improve, season by season. And if not, does it matter? He's paying to enter. Fuck, if I could afford to do the same I'd enter the WRC too. I'd be right at the bottom of the standings too!

Ken Block is a talented driver, regardless of how many takes or practice runs are involved in a gymkhana video. But he's an inexperienced rally driver, and it shows.

And he founded a company that make fucking awesome shoes (I'm a bit biased). Picked these badboys up while I was in Vegas for the SEMA show a couple of weeks ago:

And he was doing some fairly mental stuff - live - at SEMA. Trust me, this guy knows what he's doing with a car.

^^ true that, what about raikonnen? he has a similar first year to kenny from the block yet no one slates him? to be fair if one of you "i could do what *insert talented professional drivers name* does with a weeks practice" people can actually beat a pro driver, i will eat not only my hat but the entire stock of a hat shop. so stop hating the shoe salesman and the best driver the sport has ever seen and hate on the violent school kids giving students a bad name by being violent in protest of cuts

Raikonen actually did better than Ken block, but most people i spoke to at wrgb wern't a big fan at all of him. Ken block would happilly sign autographs and pose for photos all day even while engineers were trying to talk to him, but as soon as Raikonen got out of the car he would disapear and not even talk to the press.

If i wanted to show you my faveorite rally driver personallity it would have to Petter solberg, champ in 2003 but deserved so much more than he got from the subaru cars in later years.

And alex I do like Ken block, especially as he's now driving blue ovals! I am very envious of those shoes! No-one has done more to bring rallying to the masses!

i think next season will be a better test of all the new drivers with ford and citroen changing there cars and mini starting up again and ken wont have first season jitters.

and fair enough going in against loeb thats gota be fairly scary prospect.

and what was he doing during the rally? he was driving a WRC car while you were paying to sit at the side of a road watching people driving WRC cars

Meh, that's just Raikonnen, it's what he does, I watched him in F1 for years, he's always been like that, he's still a bastard good driver and was good to watch in F1.

he also sold that shoe company for $90million so which is why i dont think he does the rallying for the money or winning...he merely does it for fun to pass the time and keep busy haha.

i mean if he cared would he really do this haha:
