Yes, I did.. It'll be covered regardless of what is in his account won't it?

How sore is your arse Rich?

Buy from only those you trust, collect in person if its a new forum user, and be especially wary of wanted adds.

It's never going to be 100% safe and admin/moderators are not paid, have jobs and lives away from club polo and are not the police.

Stay sharp.

Didn't even touch the sides fella. I have an arse like a clowns pocket.

If he has no money in his Paypal account, you won't get anything back. They'll put his account into minus balance and you'll only see your money if he deposits some cash into his account. I'd do the reversal sooner rather than later tbh, talking from personal experience here.

Hmmm..

Okies, I didn't know that, I was under the impression you have 45 days to claim back?

Well, I'm giving him till next time he's online to give me tracking details and a good answer on the going ons.

If I'm not happy I will be sorting out a refund through paypal before the money has had chance to be withdrawn.

To be honest mate i wouldn't wait and try get it now. Especially if he is still using the forum he will be able to see your plan and withdraw the cash. Don't give him any more time riding your ass rich.

no you have 45 days pay pal holds the money so if theres prob you can get it back if any bother

x2 you can withdraw money by transfer from your paypal account to your bank account and it will be in your bank in about 48 hours from when you transfer once that has happened you cannot get your money back unless the person withdrawing put money into his paypal account go get it now mr p save yourself the heart ache of losing your hard earned cash

Would you recommend a dispute or claim?

You can't reverse a payment.. only dispute! And you can't claim until 7 days have passed. But iirc, you can't transfer money to a bank account or any current pending transfers get cancelled with an open dispute.

really in that case i,d dispute it on the grounds that you have,nt recieved your purchase in the stated time given to you by the seller that way he wont be able to transfer the money until the disput is settled

things just aren't adding up are they.

i hope he comes on here as quickly as he did at the start to reply

i have an address and a name for the guy, weather it is legit, i do not know, anyone else been given a name/bank account details?

is his name phil krik

that is the name i have been given, my search is not showing anything tho...

Doesnt sound cool rich, good thing your ass is like a wizards sleeve or you would be in trouble! Hope you get this sorted - id contact paypal straight away and lodge a dispute. If the seller is genuine and the parts arrive you can resolve the PP dispute, and if not then at least youre getting refunded for an unsatisfying drybumming...

will just have to wait and see l8r if and when he emails me back

Phil Krik? not Phil Kirk?

keep it on topic and cut the preaching, the warn stick is out and primed.
