ok so hear it goes i must admit i went in to this whole thing a bit naive and this thread has been well abit of a joke but alot of shit as happened while owning the car and trying to get it show worthy i myself have grown up alot and took a different direction in the way i do things. Theres many things that has happen that made me want to give up and forget this whole thing like my mum passing away being out of work for a long time and getting scammed for £500 worth parts witch was a big sickener but there was something that just kept me going and i stuck with it and i feel back in love with it again and have come back with alot of new ideas and i have BIG plans well enough bullshit i will let the pictures do the talking

now back to the bodywork this weeks plans was to get the 6n2 boot lid and rear lights fitting prefect this was a fair amount of work with all the adjustment that had to be done, I also widened and reshaped my rear arch to suit the 6n2 front wings as the 6n hasn't any real curve on the arch

got all my widows removed :D aslo removed smoothed the boot handle

IMAG0543_zps75b184d3.jpg

First of all I can appreciate the time, work and effort you have put into this car so far and good on you for doing so.

But, since the project has taken 2 years to get to where it is at and factor in all your costs, would it not have been easier to just buy a 6n2 and mod that?

  • Author

Because I had the 6n and all it has cost me is time as I am a car body man by trade I can understand your point but started this and just wanted to finish it thanks for the comment :-)

Great work Kevin, but i cant help but think something is missing from this...OH! Its all those takeaways you eat, would of thought we'd of seen at least one or two photos ;)

Nice work man keep it up!

  • Author

Cheers mattie hard to beat a good Chinese ;) oh and awesome beard buddy :-)

How have I never seen this thread before 😨

After seeing this it makes me even more excited to see the finished product than ever 😉 keep up the good work Kevin and I shall see you at dubshed 😜

I'm very particular and the work you're doing genuinely looks good.

Keep with it.

Sick!! (:
