"Volkswagen 1100 head, Brand new old stock! Never seen a mile and still in the original box!

I bought the block and head at the most two weeks ago on eBay from a company in Kings Lynn who have had it from new. In my possession I've done absolutely nothing with it and have made the decision to disappear abroad for a few months early next year. In an ideal world I'll keep it locked away (in my bedroom ) for when I return to build the Berg Cup enthused polo I had dreamt of, but if the reserve is met then I'll be forced to let it go as the money would pay for some of my travel.

How often does a brand new Block and head come up for sale that have seen 0 miles? To say I was over the moon to be able to buy the two is an understatement, if the reserve isn't met then I'll be holding on to it.

Here we have discovered a little gem for the early Audi 50 or the VW Polo/Golf formel E ,this is a brand new genuine vw item still in the box wrapped in the greased paper. The valves and cam shaft are fitted.The engine codes are as follows for the vw Polo and golf mk1, HB, HC,HD,HJ, and HA. 1975 to 1981 its the finger tappet type head. The Audi 50 1975 to 1978 engine codes are the same as for the polo and golf. I also have the short engine to this head on ebay please see my other items.
