Swap for: ANY four-wheel-drive. All things considered - from Land Rovers to Fiat Panda's! Anything at all, as long as it's a 4wd!

Cash offers: Around £1k

Info: Loads, below:

I have my beloved VW Polo up for swaps as we need a 4x4 and the Polo is just too low for getting the kids to school up the dirt track they call a drive!

It's based on a 1996 1.0i, but has been modified - not excessively, just enough to make it different!

The highlights (there's loads more, but just to do the main ones here):

Exterior:

- Resprayed in white with a black roof and B pillars

- 16v front and rear bumpers

- Hella clear front and side indicators with Philips Silvatec bulbs

- Seat Ibiza Cupra front splitter

- Ford ST24 estate rear spoiler

- Lowered on TA Technix adjustable coilovers

- Fox racing 5 spoke alloys

- Later 6n2 all red rear lights

Interior:

- Later 6n2 all black interior with better front seats and split-fold rear seats

- Custom made "manga" headlining

- 16v clocks with custom red/white lighting (showing 91k)

- All other dials and controls converted to red illumination

- JVC CD/MP3 headunit

- Fli 6 three-way speakers

- Fusion sub & amp tube in boot (not too big but also easily removable)

Engine:

- Standard 1.0i 8v

- New plugs and leads

- New coilpack

- New battery

- New filters

- Fluids just changed

- 113k serviced every 5k

The car looks very good, there's a couple of minor surface rust marks on the passenger sill, but nothing that I have worried about sorting to date.

Taxed until May 2011 and MOT until April 2011. Passed with no advisories last time and I don't think that there'll be any problem next time either!

New Pirrelli tyres fitted on the rear 4 months ago. Fronts have about 3mm of tread left (still legal but will need doing within the next 4-6months), but I am prepared to change these if the swap is right.

Also had both front wheel bearings and all four suspension top mounts replaced.

Engine is very good with no noise, rattles or smoke and uses no fluids at all. The 1.0i is very good for a car this light as she accerlerates surprisingly quickly and can sit at 80mph easily (where the law allows, of course). On a run she returns about 50mpg, around town it's about 40mpg

Valued at £1000+, but offered for swaps for a quick deal (winter's here and we need that 4wd!)

That's about it - no other major problems. She's not mint, but holds up very well and always gets peoples attention!

More info, photos, specs etc all available on request.
