Well by the end of the year styling, wheels and lowering wise i should be just about there so it will be a new year of engine modding which will be interesting as the polo i have has a 1.9TDI (alh) engine and i have never played with a diesel before.

Plans include:

Under sump skid pan (sump sits silly low on this car)

Sprint .216 injector nozzles,

PD 130 turbo and suitable manifold

Better exhaust system

Full engine remap or Q-loader from kermaTDI (similar jobby)

VR6 clutch and flywheel

Short shifter kit (dieselgeek)

Should see me upwards of 160bhp and will still return diesel MPG.

Pretty pleased as to how much tuning is available to the 1.9TDi (non PD)

Body work on the mark3, maybe a conversion but probs just stick a port and polished GT head on it. Maybe get a GTI in may/june depending on insurance quotes.

If I don't sell it, coilovers (got the money just unsure of whether I'm keeping it atm) nice set of wheels, either something very wide or something motorsporty. Then I want a Custom Stainless exhaust made up. This is my first set of plans I hope to have done by Easter.

Then, Strut Braces, sort out the little bits of bodywork, pressed plates, aero wipers, nice steering wheel etc. and possibly a remap as and when I've got a bit of money to do a few bits. Would also like to get rid of the GTi seats and get some buckets or leathers of some kind but doubt I will ever have the money.

Quite a bit of moneys worth of stuff, but it will be a quick, practical and relatively comfy car once its done.
