Haha, that made me laugh.

Was a funny episode, watched it on sky plus last night, love that Merc and think the new Ferrari is ugly as fuck.

Being on on a Tuesday night caught me completely by surprise. I turned it on mid way through the danny boyle interview. Downloaded it in the end. It's good to have it back. :)

Yeah. To be fair I think the whole stig thing in general has run its course. Get back to having someone who actually knows what they are talking about giving some feedback on a car. Not clarkson talking a load of shit and then just a lap time from a descent driver. Thats what 5th gear has that Top Gear doesnt, people reviewing cars that actually know what they are on about.

I really enjoyed the latest Top Gear, but I still feel patronised when they start on the scripted 'stunts'. They are ok as journalists, but appauling as actors.

I'm a long way off disliking the program, but I do wish that they would aim it a little more at car enthusiasts.

Tom Ford hasn't got a clue, Vikki Butler-Henderson is just a slut who has a crisis when she slides a car, Tiffany Dell is just the most annoying person in the world and finally Jason Plato...the only one who can actually drive but is just shit at reviewing a car. Well I suppose Tiffany can drive too...but I don't like to admit it because he annoys me so much.

And then they had that young dude for a while didn't they? The one who drove a Ferrari 612 to the Ferrari factory in Italy, well I say drove more like pretended it was a Micra and did like 5 all the way, just to give the Boss of Ferrari a birthday cake? That's reviewing a car is it?

Forget Fifth Gear...it was started by two sore bitter old Top Gear presenters (Tiffany and Vikki) but is just nowhere near as good.

Top gear is always an hour+ long show presented by three legends including Clarkson, they are entertaining and they can still get the info you need across to you.......as if you need info on the new Merc SLS, like anyone on here will ever buy one! So its good to see one being driven hard round a track.
