To disconnect wiper and remove it

real easy mate just remove the arm, one nut at the base under a cap, remove plastic from inside of tail gate just clips off with a few "pops" then you have to disconnect the wires very simple also. last your find a few nuts holding the motor on remove them and it slides off.

To fill the hole

you need to keep the little rectangular shape plastic surround with the hole cut out which your see. below is an illustration.

circled red is the bit you keep from the wiper assembly

green is a rubber grommet

dewiper.jpg

you will need a rubber grommet to fill the hole in the plastic .

The grommet is the easy way only taking up to 20-30 mins. just push it in the hole then glue the surround to the window . done

grommets can be found here not sure what size it was but all you got to do is measure the hole

choose a blind/closed one there only 99p

or

or if your handy with a little fibreglass, filler and paint you can fill the hole that way.

If you choose to smooth the hole this will take you a little longer but your work will pay off. it will look a lot better smooth and with a quick coat of matt black

painted the wheels matt black and my fast car dice dust caps orange

yeah will be going on coily's soon but id rather save and get some good quality ones. will be buying some springs hopefully next week for the mean time.

i know with springs i cant change the height , so i need to know whats the lowest i could go with the wheels already on it. they are 195x45x15

well i have found a buyer for my decks and vinyl, paying me on the 30th. once i have the cash il be ordering some coily's. new or used unsure yet.

the grey looks cool, but it looks a little bit like it's just primered.

might've looked better if you got like a slightly coloured grey. like a tiny bit bluey grey or something.

it does look good now though! a million times better than when you got it!

was meant to go pick up some coily's but had a bit of bad luck

minor(ish) update

fitted my tow strap last week and tagged my bonnet lol, re-painting it soon so will be gone. just a bit of fun for now

all tints off front lights

also went to bvf and bought a few stickers. unsure if i like them yet tbh but ordered a 3 more anyway.

removed fogs as one got broke and i didnt intend on keeping them anyway. looks much cleaner

without them.

Tracking was way out so that's sorted.

new lockers today, will be stripping paint off my wheel nuts to try polishing them up to match.

tyres are in the post getting fitted asap

some gloss orange dice valve caps are also in the post

my matt ones gather dirt too easy and genuinely look shit.

Got a quote on the exhaust, not as much as i thought which is good.

and as mentioned new lower arms tomorrow.

anyway here is some pics.

Parked next to my Dads version R its on enkei rims told they are off an evo, it has fully adjustable cusco coil overs with adjustable top mounts. front and rear strut brace's, full s/s exhaust, £750 stainless arc induction kit, 350z calipers with 3000gt discs, blue detailing and bucket seats and lots more too.

all these problems will be sorted this week so hopefully get them coils in the upcoming weeks.

I liked the glitter mate. Love the orange details now tho. I'm from worcester too, dont know how I've not seen you about. Think I've talked to you on here before. You should get yourself down the Timberdine Harvester pub on Bath Road tommorow night, 7:30. Big VW meet, with air cooleds too. Should be about 50 (maybe more) cars.

Quick photoshop lowered with orange wheels, also changed the orange on the dash a little bit. Will get some new pics up later. Best of all, all the problems are fixed. so should see lows in the next few weeks.

cheers for the comments guys. need to something about the doors and the seats now i know.

wont make it to the timberdine this month mate, gear box went to day fuckin well pissed.

new to the bumpy ride of coilys lol, was changing gear from 4th to 5th hit a bump and wacked it in 3rd by mistake. well annoyed :crybaby:

Haha its best when you have two or more people in your car, then drive over a bridge or large bump and catch them off guard... make them go flying out of their seats :p

I had my 6n sitting on minimal spring a while ago and was loving the stiff ride, then realised i destroyed my tyres so had to get a more bouncy and not as stiff ride :(

I'm happy to see some sort of lows

Also happy to see the gay tow hook thing gone.

Also from Worcester never seen this. But want to, this is a seriously nice car man! Loving the colour scheme you got going on
