open a dispute, i have recieve my money back from paypal and then they chase it up, say money was taken out of your accoutn without you knowing!

i am do pissed off with this guy soo how do i get my money back from pay pall do i say it was unauthorised payments ?

Spoken to PayPal on the phone. They said they cannot do anything because the funds were sent as a gift. I said surely you can see from his account activity that he's a scammer but they weren't having any of it. They told me that my only option was to get the police involved, But seriously they're not going to be interested!!

call the police, they will defo look into it, i had a scumbag scam me on ebay, sold him a bumper, he said it was crap not as described then sent it back, only thing is the scum sent back a box with a few cans of beans paypal didnt do jackall as he gave them a trackin number

i went to police they traced the scum after a few weeks as he moved house and caught up with him, he then returned my bumper back sprayed up as he had fitted it to his car

dont let scums like this get away, call the POLICE :-X :-X
