arch lip keeps rolling itself out

i have a mk2 bready lowered 60/40 and the passenger side front arch lip (the bit that goes over the wheel) keeps pulling itself downwards so its flat. is this normal or has something gone wrong? i tapped it back into place at work the other day and the next morning it had pulled itself out again?

Any help would be good. taa
