that is not down 100, mines down 75 at the front and is lower than that :L

what size wheels you rolling on?

100mm would be right at the end of the coily due to to go any think more then 100mm you need to remove the helpers

my coilovers go down 120mm though

+ I've got fat tyres atm which doesnt help its case

I'm on standard tyre size much like you, alll the way down and a touch more, my coilies say 100mm on the box but do they bollocks go that low, but my front arches are over tyres more than yours and measured against a standard 6n its 75mm lower

not having a go or anything lol, thats just what budget coilies are like, besides down 100mm your driveshaft would be on the chassis i think. also your rear lights will be illegal unless you have a red reflector on the rear somewhere ;)

ye they can be abit missleading

i think mine can go another 10mm lower on the fronts but tbh when i did the pics we didnt do much fine tuning so i shall sort that out when i have the time

and also when I'm running on 175/45/r15 tyres rather than 195/50/r15 i should be able to put the whole lot as low as it can go fingers crossed ;)

but despite the whole melarky on mm what do you think of it overall?

well running on 50's will keep it a bit higher but not that much i dont think? i know that my coilies dont go anywhere near the 100mm they state and yours look the same as mine lol, just measure a point on your car the same as a standard one on the same ground, ie to a mirror or arch lip or something

diameter from a 45 tyre to a 50 is 20mm! which would make your car sit higher, but also if your down 100 it should be in the arch a good 10-20mm

now uve confused me surly going from 50-45 on the tyres will lower it more + the new tyres will have proper stretch so i can wind the rears right down and the fronts about 10mm away from the bottom + as I've only just put the coileys on they haven't had time to sag and bed in properly ;)

the correct size tyre is a 195/45/r15...which has a diameter of 556mm i think, your on a 195/50/r15, which has a diameter of 576mm, raising your car 10mm and 10mm being further into arch too,

a 175/50 has a 556 diameter, so your speedo will be fine, but will have stretch (dependant on your rim width) meaning you can go lower, get it? ;)

yer i get you

but my plan is to get 175/45/r15 to get the best i possibly can ;)

the lower the better ;)

go on 14's if u wanna go lower

i just had a quick read through, like the fact your trying to be different.

If am honest tho i looked at the last page first and thought oh he might have bought it with those lights then noticed you had done it.

Personally think they kill the whole car, look chavy and are no doubt dangerous and illegal. Standard 16v lights or 6n2's would look much much nicer.

Other than that its coming along

will have the exhaust on hopefully end of next week and new roof lining and a couple other small things guys ill keep you posted ;)

depends if you want it to look good or it to look different, very rare you get both.

reason things are common is because its tried and tested and looks good.

on a lighter note, i have a similar CF wiper blank :D
