very loud knocking noise

HI i have looked and searched but cant seem to find what I'm looknig for.

Basically i lowered my car from 40/40 to 60/40 this weekend and changed the track rod end.

But now when i go on full lock to the right i get very loud knocking from the front and i cant put my finger on what it could be, I'm 99.9% I've done everything up so I'm really unsure of what it could be and obviously with day light disappearing and 4 and me working till 5 its hard to see anything thats loose.

also the steering feels "loose" from time whilst driving one minute it'll feel loose the next more like it did before.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
