hi, i kinda do, to stop the bad noise lower it more lol, I've still got mine in but might be removing it shortly to get mine lower, the correct way to go low with this is to make a small notch for it to still work, but if you going that low you will not see a big difference in the handling with it removed :) or really easy way tune you music up haha :)

little update, cars looking good at ikustoms we have sorted alot of little bits and yes the silly idea of colour changing it again did cross are mines haha, theres some changes, only little touches tho

I absolutely love this 6n2! Beautiful colour, and there's been some serious work put into this.

However, if I'm being totally honest I have to say ditch the mudflaps, CC the blue motion style grill and lower the front! They're just the little niggles I have with an otherwise perfect car.

Cheers man, the mud flaps will be staying, I like the, its another oem add on, still not decided on what I'm doing grill wise and I'm trying to get the fronts lower :)

You will scrap mate, my SPEC is 15x7 et36 with 165/50/15

thanks for the feed back people, to think just over 7days ago it crossed my mind about stripping this and weighing the shell in.. lucky with being away from work i have for some love for the old girl again :) its not going anywhere just yet...

so with the nice weather at the weekend got some bits done on the car

new rear wheel bearings, brake shoes, and rear drums

then put my gloss black grilles in the bumper, hard to picture but they do look good

put the standard gti grill back in, looks nice but do miss having my custom one when i see pictures with it fitted

my dog helped me put the bbs back on and wash it

cooked some food

got bored and watched the f1, leaving the car like this

the went pod on the monday to watch some loud cars for a couple of hours

paint looks alright when thinking this still isnt corrected and sorted out fully
