Adding Fog Lights to Mk5 5dr e, any help?

I have seen lots of mk5's with Fog Lights but never quiet been able to work out how or were i would be able to purchase or fit them to my car. Also looking to resparay the front bumper as it is looking worse for ware. Any tips or pics people have would be helpful.
