it was something to do with the Mexican ambassador to Britain making a complaint about the Hamsters comments last week regarding a Mexican made car being fat and lazy etc

Yeah, it was in the papers about something to do with that.

People take life too seriously.

what the fuck would steve coogan know about what people find funny?

Around the world in 80 days, night at the museaum, night at the museaum 2. Hardly a list of classic comady films, all coogan is now is a hollywood prostitute, selling his self to the highest bidder with no credablity what so ever.

The fact that he's writing this shit in the observer says it all really, to me it just looks like he's the uncool one trying to be cool tbh.

Haha, agreed. I'm Alan Partridge is fackin funny though...

yeah that is funny, mind you he still had some credabily then. The days before coke binges, orges with prostitutes and worst of all, fucking courtny love :puke:

i dont suppose Mr Coogan will be invited back on the show for that outburst, people in glass houses comes to mind

Anyone got a ClubPolo T-Shirt lol ?

no but i've got a tenner in my bank and i bet a fair few others would chip in if you wore a t-shirt saying "i took Madelina Mcann"

that would be funnier if you got the right person... Madeline Mcann, not Madelina

Loved last night's episode, "we couldn't get a bentley, so we improvised!"

I thought it was crap to be honest, only good bit was the test with the 3 hatches.

Madelina is my pet name for her :ninja::lol:

i missed the first ten minutes and spent the rest of the show not getting the joke about the 'bentley', anyone care to fill me in on what that was all about?

Bently decided not to give topgear their car a few days before the trip so they had to "improvise" and got the red peice of crap instead :)

after reading that article I'm lost any respect or admiration i had for steve coogan. i thought that him and clarkson were meant to be mates and then turns around and has a dig at him? thats abit rough. glad to see clarkson isnt phased by the whole thing though - ''Mexico doesn't have an Olympic team... because anyone who can run, jump or swim is already across the border."

people need to wind their necks in. if they find top gear offensive and humourless, then change the bloody channel

I just lol'd in the office and gained some weird looks!

its the same kind of people that don't even see a tv show but when they hear about it in the paper, then they complain about it.

'Sachgate' with Ross and whats-his-face, after that show aired there was only some thing like 2 complaints made about it. It wasn't until the story apeared in the news that the rest of the thousands of complaints pured in. How can people complain that they were offended by it when they didn't even hear it and the only bits of it they read in the paper were bits that were hand picked to get peoples backs up? Some people are fucking pathetic tbh.

Yep, and I'm surrounded by these fucking pathetic people

Complaining about shit because they have nothing better to do. retards

are you talking about us toby? :crybaby:

On another note, if people like a bit of offensive humour, i would very much recommend Frankie Boyle's Tramadol nights. Pure brilliance and a big middle finger to political correctness IMO.

Ha Frankie Boyle takes it to a completely new level. Hell he has created his own level!
