Next thinks that i am planning to do when i get some dollah...

- Get the Rota's Painted a deep, glossy Red.

- Get some tyres for the Rota's.. Going for some nice stretches... 165/50/16

- Work out how far i want to go as far as spacing the Rota's.. 20mm, 30mm on the rear?

- Possibly paint the day-to-day wheels (current) red just so the theme can bee seen..

Updates as they come!

Great transformation buddy, its actualy strange how lowering a car can make it look so much better. Keep up the great work

Alot of people have said to leave the rota's that colour :\ i still think red tho :\

Umm the only bit that will be borded will be over the rear wheel well.. will have a single sub mounted into a flat floor (only over ther rear section behind the seat fixing beam) that will be carpetted in black.. Just watiing to get the sub sorted and then get the 'install' if you like sorted :D

Blue and red.. haven't seen that before....

:D aha

i think thos wheels are gunna look sweet if you space the back out a little :)

I've managed to get hold of a sub.. Juice 1200w active thing that i will be taking apart and getting some form of small install done over the wheel well..

Had a spare bit of carbon wrap laying around so i wrapped my front grill to see what it would look like..

I need opinions tho! Dont know whether it should stay or go..

Cool cool . I would space the fronts to bud , a mate of mine has 7x15 and he lost full turn circle , think it's catching the anti roll bar or the wish bone . My other mate has standard 16v rims on his and dropped 115mm I think it's sacked lol , he took the anti roll bar of and his catches the wishbone . Both these catch the wheels . Just thought I would give you a heads up mate . There nice rims would be a shame to mess um up .

yea dude.. ill be getting 165/45/16 tyres on these puppies so there wont be any rubbing.. it rubbs on full lock and the current wheels are 15x7 but are on 195's

we shall see about spacing..

Another little update.. Have bought a standard 16v splitter to replace the colour coded one.. Hate looking at a clean car and seeing all the white scuff marks on the splitter. So decided to get a standard 16v splitter for TEMP untill i get a GTI one - possibly a genuine carbon fibre one?

GEDC1028.jpg

Also, i have sourced a FULL 6n2 dashboard & doorcard conversion for a 6n and will be getting this in december for an absolute STEAL ;) Will be getting these flocked in black and red then..

More updates soon

Get the wheels on now! Don't spray them it will look spot on in gun metal.
