Cool cool . I would space the fronts to bud , a mate of mine has 7x15 and he lost full turn circle , think it's catching the anti roll bar or the wish bone . My other mate has standard 16v rims on his and dropped 115mm I think it's sacked lol , he took the anti roll bar of and his catches the wishbone . Both these catch the wheels . Just thought I would give you a heads up mate . There nice rims would be a shame to mess um up .

yea dude.. ill be getting 165/45/16 tyres on these puppies so there wont be any rubbing.. it rubbs on full lock and the current wheels are 15x7 but are on 195's

we shall see about spacing..

Few things have changed since last time, little touches, nothing big..

Things that have changed..

Polo 6n2 GTI Splitter

Back to standard orange side repeaters and indicators

Team Heko Wind Deflectors

4 point "race sport" (SHIT) Harnesses - were really cheap so thought why not..

Japanese name in my windscreen - read below for reason why..

all switches are now Blue LED, just need to do the colocks with a red needle..

I also have 6n2 mirrors (non driver stubby), just finishing the paining before they go on..

Not much has changed really.. Things to come over the next few months:

- Got a second valver front bumper than I'm going to plastic weld over the plate. My current one has been done with filler and starting to look shot and annoy me that you can see where the filler hasnt been shaped properly.

- Rota Track R's, Red w/ polished lip - brand new imported from america (can only get white ones new in uk now :( )

- Shall be getting some goodies imported from japan Hoping what I'm going to do hasnt been done on a 6n before, shall have to wait and see

- Foglights, waiting on reply from a guy on here and then will be yellow..

- Fit my 6n2 mirrors

- Build my hiden sub enclosure, in a striped car? sounds strange haha

this is why I'm re-doing a front bumperrr by using an 8v rear.. :) getting a new rear bumper made too so will wait and get them all done at the same time..

quite happy wit hthe cars progress this month, not much has changed but what has changed brings it that little bit more together

I dont know how it was done, the place that resprayed the car did the smoothing, they smoothed over the licence plate lights on the rear bumper too which has cracked and expanded..

I know how they did it tho... BADLY - hence why I'm going to end up replacing front and rear bumpers :)

Yea mate, the amount of stuff gone wrong after the stray has gripped my shit in a big way.. and i am a sort of perfectionist with my car..

yea apart from the mirror switch, sort of broked it taking it apart haha and the clocks still need to be done, other than that they are all led yea :)

Little update since the purchase and fitment of the fogs..

Bought a small sheet of yellow lamin-x.. 12"x6" sheet was £12! Pricey or what! But i was realy impressed with the ease of use..

The fogs in these pics are lamin-x'd also, just dont look yellow, poor camera on the samsung galaxy sl :(

This pic looks quite mean imo..

Just bought a driver side stubby mirror.. Wont be going on until i get my new bumpers sprayed, going to get all the paintwork bits done together..

Quick update..

My second valver bumper has been plastic welded and sanded. ready for its first skim of fibre glass :)

Plastic welded using the soldering iron method, takes time but its a good result for a first ever attempt. Rear is plastic welded and re-enforced with aluminium mesh that has been melted into the plastic along the whole length of every seem. Fibre glass will be added to reenforce the rear too.. as the bumper stands..

I've gotten a badged grill also, so shall be trying the original grill back to see what it looks like.

Quick update..

So.. This Happened :(

All in order to change a Heater matrix.. takes the piss, money i was going to use to get new interior bits :(

Sad times..

hehe little interior update.. 6n2 dashboard convertion. I have doorcards to go in aswell and will be getting these done in the next week or so :)

Only needs a new glovebox - handles broken off and a second cup holder :)

Full convertion.. £100.. WINNING!
