Tyres haven't arrived, wheels need polishing, had wings repaired last week and they need painting etc. etc. Its a bitch not having the car at home anymore

Eric, it has no wheels!!! It might them for the MOT at least still haven't tested the brake system out, needs the exhaust finishing, interior put back together. The list just never seems to get any shorter.

Not quite Ben he was much more consistent that i was but our best times were the same iirc

Eric reaction time means nothing to your 1/4 time, this is why some of the bigger boys will sit there after the light concentrating on getting the perfect start rather than a low reaction time

Similar to what? I think me and salty were the only ones running afh early polo's, he had carbs and I was on injection. I had some very inconsistent times thanks to not getting the gear changes at the right time although I have been trying to get a bit of practice in at that

Although I want to be quicker than past time now I have more power I'd like to try and get some consistency with it too as that is purely down to the driver
