Mercedes 190d with 2.6 spec!

For sale is my 190d.

It started life as a 2.6 petrol but in 2004 it's automatic gearbox failed and a garage put a 2.0 diesel in with a 5 speed manual.

So it has 2.6 spec stuff with the economy of the 2.0 diesel.

* 4 Half leather seats

* Electric seats, all working!

* Headlight wipers

* Cruise control

* Aircon (needs radiator plumbed in to work)

* Sunroof in full working condition

* Electric windows (only front two work, which is a common fault)

* ABS (was an option for pre-90 cars)

* Heated mirrors

There's a bit of bubbling rust near the front left arch, not that bad at all though.

The mileage of the diesel engine was around 140000 in 2004 and the chassis was 175000 in 2004.

The mileage now says 249000 which means the engine has done 215000 miles

Because of the engine swap, the rev counter doesn't work due to a difference in electrical signals and the guages, but it doesn't really matter in a lazy diesel like this.

It's MOT is due in March but it does have 5 months of tax left.
