quick update rockor cover being powder coated this week and hoping if the weather nice to make my rear strut brace

it been a while and after 3 attempts of trying to put a new thread up i just worked out i could modifeld this one.

anyway things have change and i got some new alloys

end of month will be 120mm coilovers

Massive update 406 leather heated seats smoke rear lights bonnet bra huge filter with chrome pipe samco hose and currently making a oil catch tank uploads some pictures tonight

here some piicture not great but when i at castle combe tommorr get some better pics all comments welcome ignore the video, i currnetly making a oil catch tank, i alsoamde my own rear strut brace too. enjoy

Right i start with the whole spec of the car. When i first brough the polo it had 15" ripspeed wheels racing stickers and too be honest she was in a sorry state.That was two months ago, since then i have done the following:

14" VW bottletops with strech tyres

smoked rear lights

painted the engine cover,washer cover and water cap while.

big induction kit with samco hose

full service

made my own rear sturt brace

halfway to finishing making my own oil catch tank

pug 406 full leather with heated seats electric and armrest

momo gear knob but i cut it down

bonnet bra

future mods are full clean of the car eg rust dent fillered and sprayed

make my own roll cage

g40 conversion

brembo brakes all round

front strut brace

and a to drop it on its ass.

tint the front headlight and indicators

full stainless steel exhaust

16v bumpers

momo steering wheel

all good/bad comments welcome

Is my car that bad??

Got some new headlights fk highsports off a kid on here look smart as next on the list is the clutch and bigger brakes all comments welcome

thought i do an update i done the clutch presure plate and thrust bearing and snapped two drive shaft bolts while driving and manage to ruin my bumper aswell, but as much as i pissed my car going i still cant face getting rid of it lol

anyway I'm goingnto be doing new drive shaft bolts and a full service next

Dont know why no ones commented :/ Tidy car mate, Bottle tops look very smart polished like that (Y)

cheers dude :-) the aint bad too be fair but the miliage is starting to catch up on her but it needs some work then she be comming to a couple of cruises/meets

i want to hit some shows but untill my car road worthy i cant do jack but it means more time getting her up together

huge progress as i now got myself a garage :)

i have done:

made my rear strut brace and powdercoated white

oil catch tank and powdercoated white

remove rear seats and started re carpeting

i getting coilovers end of the month and front strut brace and start covering the door cards and dash in leather

ALSO cleaned my engine and engine bay up and powder coated my rokkor cover too

anyone??i no the pictures are crap i get some better one tomorrow

mate wht size is that samco hose that u are using for the infuction kit. i been trying to get one so i can make my own induction setup. also were abouts you get the metal pipe and 90 degree hose

the hose my uncle gave me from his renualt 19 and the samco hose is from merlinmotorsport.co.uk and ill pm you when my uncle gets back as he no the size cost about £26.00

got my oil catch tank fitted today :-D

just evey time i start it it makes a savaqge knocking noise??

That tank is white!!!! haha I also like the look of that metal hosing.. may be a plan!

Yeah I get my powder coating for free. It be having a 120mm drop end if the month and I be trimming the rear door cards black leather
