Get a small screwdriver and pry off the button on the winder, then theres a screw inside it, take that out and the plate slides off then out IIRC

Yeah man I broke it on my old 6n and did the same, more than welcome!

the glue is well important lol, normal spray adehsive wont cut it especially in summer it just heats up and melts, you need one they would use at proper trimmers or suminc

how hard is it to retrim the headlining what do I need to do for it to last n not look crap

did mine the other day in that fake leather vinyl stuff, thought it was quite a tricky job to be honest and getting the panel in were a lot harder than taking them out haha.

Get a carpet dye off eBay. That's what I used to dye my carpet, went really well.

Nice bird mate. We use saker's, gyr's, peregrines and hybrids of these three falcons at work. Plus a goshawks, red tailed hawks and harris hawks, off and on. Currently looking after a 4 year old european eagle owl..... try holding that on the fist for longer than a few mins...

I'm not a fan either dude. i do like the black headlinings and the army camo 1.

did mine last week, (in suede) side panels were great, but doing the liner :mad: creased to fuck had to buy a new liner in the end.

One of the first things I did to my vento was to do the roof in this:

And all the pillar trims/rear shelf/door kick kick panels in black suede.

I used wickes contact adhesive, bout £10 a can and with about 1 and 1/2 cans I did everything. Spread it on with a thin piece of plastic rather than spray on, sticks wayyyy better than any aerosol adhesive than I've ever found.

Sunvisors are alright to just give a quick clean then spray em, grab handles you'll need to give a rub with 800 grit and plastic prime before you spray as otherwise it just peels off. Doesn't look too bad either, you can spray headliners black too.
