bbs rm dimpled centre cap paint removal

hi guys, I'm currently rebuilding my bbs rm012s and kerrly kindly supplied some centres for them which I'm planning on polishing (thinking about getting some flush/flat ones without dimples machined soon if anyones interested let me know)! anyway just wondered what people have used to remove the paint from the dimpled part of the metal ring i have used a blow torch and a wire drill attatchment to bare metal the rest but i cant get into these bit and its annoying!! any help would be great!
