My mams just been charged 350+ vat for a radiator on a 96 celica GT. 5 hours labour on a fucking radiator? pull the other one...

You only have to see some of the questions on here from motor 'technicians' to realize that most of these monkeys don't know there arse from there elbow.

The only training I have ever had was when my dad first showed me how to use a hammer, yet I'm have to tell a technition what's wrong with his car or how to fit an engine? :roll:

Being a nationwide company you would assume that what they say is based on truth

Why do people think this?!? This is exactly why these big chain places manage to survive when they are clearly ripping people off and getting away with it.

As you would like to think these companies are better regulated any foul play would have a heavier consequence with a large company :?
