brake issues wierd

fitted my new brakes and took it for a test run as you do and now there seem to be knocking sound as it makes one turn at the same spot but i cant wprk put what it is but heres the weird part when i put the brakes on it disappears so I'm guessing its something to do with the brakes but not sure what it is
