Got paid today so decided to go ahead and buy polybushes for the front and new springs for the rear.

The front wheels are all over the place at the moment where the bushes are worn, decided if I was gunna do the job I should do it properly.

Has anyone got any handy hints for fitting polybushes? Heard something about a grease to stop them squeaking.... how long do they last under normal driving conditions?
