Rides fine assuming you don't drop it 100mm, sit it on the bumps tops and expect it to drive ok!

Not sure the TA's would go any lower than the AP unless they are silly high? I could probably get the springs on their own its just not that cost effective and I'm not sure how much lower they would go than the AP.

120 front without the helpers 100 ish with, rear is a bit higher 80/100 ish.

Firm but not bouncy assuming you aren't riding the bump stops.
