Had a little bit of a bump with another car the other day so now I'm left with a big crack on my windscreen :(

Also cracked the grill and surround, so I've swapped to the debadged grill for the moment.

I'm going with satin matt black, my brothers done all his in his golf the same and they came out pretty good.

I first did a few pieces with gloss black but it looked crap and too shiny, so I sanded them all back and started again now with matt black.

I'm spraying them at the moment, so I'll get some pictures up for you later when they're done.

yeah mine are 15s i was just checking coz yours look pretty flush but then again mine dont have any poke atm

  • Author

Oh right yeah, mine use to poke like a bitch when I first got them.

They're hidden under my massive arches now :)

Lots of spraying today, all the pillars, sun visors, grab handles, seat belt clip cover things, pillar thing in the boot, parcel shelf supports and even the door gutter lining things.

Really easy doing the headlining isent it :D

Makes such a differance, Use to find myself looking at the darkened pillars all the time haha! then thinking shit! look at the road lol! (yes i really did use to think the lol on the end)

On a more serious note, looks much nicer now youve tidied up them arches, any underside clearance pics on level ground mate? it looks damn low but i cant help but think it doesent look all the way down with no helpers low hehe! not complaining think it looks great asis just curious to see what the clearance is like :-)

Keep it up :D

Cheers man.

I'm spraying the headliner at the moment, it's coming out pretty nice but I think I'm gonna need a few more cans! :D

Yeah I know what you mean, it looks low, but not ridiculously low haha, I'm well pleased with how it sits now though :)

Don't have any clearance pics at the mo, but I'm I can get you some soon, I think it sits roughly 2 inches or so from the floor? :S

Take it full locks out the equation then

I can do full lock... It just makes a few noises if I do haha.

The interior is all finished and back in the car apart from the two rear pillars and the plastic piece which goes along the very back of the headliner. All I need now is a dark carpet :)

Never, do your own :p

Interior looks amazing! I've just finished spraying my a,b and c pillars satin black and got them fitted and they turned out great! But how did you do your headliner?? Sprayed it? And with what? Cheeeeeers :)

  • Author

Thanks man, some of my pillars are peeling :(

and for the headliner I just used normal spray cans lol.

Out of all the 6N's on here, this has got to be my favourite! The stance is perfect, and the colour coding is spot on.

Good job
