if anything it'd ride just the same, if not better with cut bumpstops. just think, if its always sat on the bumpstops now, by cutting the bumpstops down your giving yourself a bit more suspension travel which would make the ride smoother. (unless of course you've wound them down as much as possible so even with cut bumpstops, it'll still permanently sit on them) in that case, it'd just ride the same but you'll be lower.
