Eventually ill change the backbox, just a normal pipe I think.

Is the fact that its an NZ engine a bad thing?

nz is a good thing. drop a nice cam in it and it'll zip along nicely

Sure will. An NZ chip and a GT cam and you will see GT power.

Yum.

Ill have a think about it, but this is more of a runaround for the time being. Finally got it to my house yesterday and I'm slowly giving it a deep clean.

Smells bloody terrible so I'm ripping it all out then starting again! Pics will be up again this weekend as we are going to collect some lovely bits

Looking good pal... What's the rest of the exhaust system like?

I miss my old NZ, nothing like a GT though!

A few mods and you'll see good returns.

what did you do your doorcards with mate? ( presuming youve sprayed them black? )

cheers lewis

  • Author

Yes mate, just black dye from ebay! Ill try and find the link but i used a whole can on that doorcard :/

  • Author

Junk sounded a bit crap, so a mate has renamed her squirtle for shitz and gigz

Fitted the fuel tank, exhaust, rocker cover and spaced out the ARB last night (as i had no clearance from the manifold)

My mot is at 4pm, wish me luck!

now then kidda did it pass?

  • Author
