bike carb help

hi guys i was after a bit of advice on how i should have my fuelling rigged up

i have a facet solid state pump going to a filter king then one pipe to the carbs and a return back to the tank off the carbs.

i can hear the pump workin and have checked that there is fuel coming out of the filter king.

i think i must have the fuel pipes into the carbs all wrong, i have cbr600 carbs off a 98 bike i think. i have two fuel tails on them (well 4 but two are linked together) i have connected one as an in and the other as a return is this correct.

very annoyig as iv had the complete car to pieces and just want it to run now, however there is no fuel coming out the carbs, i know this is the issue as i have had it fire with a quick squirt of carb cleaner down the trummpets :)
