Didn't look like a bag of bolts to me and you were giving it some love so thats always a bonus.

It's shit and gay. I think you should sell it and buy a certain Corrado.. 8-)

Cheers man. I know what you mean.

They are much better in the metal but ever since I bought them I have been keeping my eyes peeled for some 16" 4x100 with suitable offsets and widths, in a nice silver but they are not easy to come by. Either haggered, not suitable due to fitment, or over priced. These came freshly powdercoated, new centres, all brand new toyos for a bargain price. I needed some suitable wheels and tyres to get my alignment and everything sorted bang on at awesome so I just bought them.

These arches can't fit anything too girthy without loads of arch work and so adaptors and other PCD wheels are out of the question. I'm also wanting to get thing thing running the power and the way I want before any further changes. Wheels just aren't a priority :-) I do take the criticism though.

Ill try and get some better pics that aren't from right outside my house. Not going to change your mind but they don't look so bad. Its my diesel barge in the end. Not ever going to be a stanced out show stopper :-)

It is a steal for the price though man good thinking, it needs some OZ turbos...

:D

Nah man. Too blingy. Needs some 16" TH mono in silver. All money though. Want it running bang on and at some decent push before then.

mmm, I'm thinking some 16" Ibiza Cupra`s for mine.

Would think yours would look good with something in an unusual colour (like bronze) or something. But then thats my opinion. TBH, I quite like the wheels it has now!

check out riskies thread, think hes had every type of rim possible on his beaut lol

if this where mine id black vinyl the pillars in between the windows, some schmidt th lines or something along said lines!

Shiny, polished rims are not for me.

Being my daily driver I don't want show stopping, polished, expensive rims that are going to be a idiot to keep on top of and attract unwanted attention. 16" 4x100 are a bitch to find that can go under these skinny arches. Rolling gives you a bit but due to the body lines on the 6K chasis flaring the arches just looks a mess.

Cupra starfish with spacing actually look decent on these. A friend used to have one with thoese exact wheels and his car was the inspiration into me buying this one. At least you know they are going to fit under the arches with them being basically the same as ibiza arches.

I want a mean looking daily diesel barge. Nothing more.

:-D
