Show and shine

Just want to gauge to what is being looked for in these sort of competitions and if anyone has entered one of these ? As above says that its being held local to me by the Essex Veedubbers and has a fairly big turnout but as much as the neighbours and my family feel that my car has a good chance to enter as I've spent the last week cleaning the undersides ,engine bay ,interior and all externals a part of me would hate to enter this (as needed to book early) and look like an idiot when i turn up ?

Never been to one but wanted to see if this means it needs to be concours ? as mine is a daily driver
