Lol went a lot smoother then I hoped and no rush kiz, will run it with out back seats for a while untill I get a rear bench sorted :). Gonna replfit the arb and do all wiring in scuttle later.

First start since rebuild. No fuel in system as it thet piece was leaking so just filled the bowls up .

went alot better then i hoped :)

ignore me, was a tad exited ..

Litrally first start to that was, Cranked it without plugs to get pressure back into the system and checked with pressure gauge.

Just concentrating on prep now, Started a new job so its threw me abit behind but this should be done for action .. :)

Right, long over due update !!!!!

Put it this way, cars been back on the road since September/October.
I had a new job down the road from me so this was perfect as i could ride to work and keep this in the garage and use it when needed etc.
I then got offered a new job within UTC aerospace as a calibration engineer, this is located in wolvo and is a 30 mile trip there and back each day, so the car then became a daily which is a shame as all the nice paintwork and painted parts has took abit of a hammering.
Ill let the pictures talk many words !!

So that was the final stages of the rebuild and how it looked once finished .
Was a few teething issues with the fuel tank leaking which i replaced now !
Engine goes well.
Will upload some pictures of it atm after its daily wear and tear but i have just bought this week a bora tdi 115 which will be my daily come feb time :)
