I would say a straight through exhaust would produce less back pressure, giving more power up high and less power down low.

This is only a guess though, my only knowledge of 4T exhaust design is from BSA scramblers. Which you can probably tell are much different.

What I do know though, is that this looks very well! :)

Having problems setting up the schrick cam ... Seems that when I put the cam in it makes it have a weak spark ... Then I put the old GT cam I have a good spark on all cylinders

Looking amazing man, truly. Why the rollers? Setting up the cam? Mapping? Or just testing powaaah?

Yeah setting up the cam then remap the ecu and then for a power run :)

really nice this, shame about bending the valve, but i bet it should go pretty well now with the new cam, you going to be running a mk2 gti golf air flow meter?

have you rolled your arches ready for some lows?

No because I'd have to get rid of the gt arches wouldn't I ???

No.

Depending on the widths and offsets of the wheels you may only have to roll the rear arches. The only issue is you have to bond the arches on (sikaflex etc) as there is no arch lip to rivet them to.... obviously (as it has been rolled up). You can also cut away the lip on the arches then giving you even more clearance. Bonding them on means you have to make the decision that you always want arch trims though. Don't know why you'd want to remove them anyway as it looks sweet with them on.

Mine are going to have to bonded on at the rear due to someone attempting to roll my rear arches on the GT :-(

GT's are enough fun on the injection system i could neer be tempted by carbs.

Looks sweet

Cheers mate ... The wheels were specially made for the mk3 polos so the don't stick out at all .... And yeah i actually prefer the car on fuel injection instead of bike carbs :)

you wouldnt neccesarily have to bond the trims back on, depends how much of the arch needs rolling, you may be able to just roll between two rivet points, still being able to attatch the arch trims. you may just get enough room depending on the offset on the wheels your running :) butt, it may depend on the condition of your arches when you pull the trims off! hope this helps!
