no real updates jus tht i got a week off so id thought id space the rears and fronts the rears cant come out anymopre as they will jus rub like anything and the front now needs droping more

and I've put some centre cap stickers on

took a few more dunno but i think is missing something :S

I'm surprised its the drivers side foglight surround that fell out, the one on the otherside weighs a ton as my local dealer are retards and ordered me a non GTi one which I then basically filled with filler to smooth it lol.

Looking good, needs the badged grill and some proper wheels though. I do miss the noise that car made.

Yep badges grill is on the list and wheels when i can afford it lol the caps are ok for the time bein lol

nothing major on the old updates but i jus got some 20mm hubcentric spacers so il be having a fiddle with them over the week end should look good when done

Nice looking car that, is the front grill an after market one though?

got some new wheels i pick em up next week there vette reps

the guy tht had them started to polish em as u can see in the next picture

I'm debating whether finish polishing em or paint them in a nice colour to go with the car

i have now put the standad front grill back in as i like it better then the badgeless one

and i have now fitted the 20mm rear spacers and raised the back a bit so now it dont have reverse rake all I've gotta do now is sort out lil bit of rust on arch nothing major jus a lil bit of tlc and it should be there

a little bit of an update well in fact I've now dropped the front all the way down with helpers out it jus about sits on the driveshaft so if i am wanting to go any lower its gonna need a wee bit of notching and cutting of the springs which I'm not really a fan of :S

bit of an update it was up for sale but no one wanted the old girl so I've treated her to a brand new cambelt kit , water pump, thermostat , new front brakes full service and she runs spot on now

any how i felt that the car just didnt look right with black door handle so i decided to take them off and spray them they have turned out really good imo using just a rattle can and my shed

new rimmage today there tsw hokenhiems there 16x7.5 with 195/45/16s tyres not to bad but now the arches will need pulling

so there was me today in the rain/snow out side wet outting the wheels on lol

had a few issues with the arches rubbing mainly due to spacing so i sorted that out with a bit of DIY arch mods jus need to sort divers side arch out as its rusty as hell bit of tlc and its a winner
