What touch up paint?

I've just fitted my repainted 16v front bumper, but when I picked it up the paint was still a "bit soft" (2 pack) and there are a couple of small scratches were I put it in the back of the car, can I fill the scratches with cellulose paint, then flat it down with 2000 grit and re-polish it with G3? or does it have to be touched up with 2 pack? and then polished out?
