Changing polo 6n clocks to mk4 golf / Ibiza mk2 cupra ?

Hi been looking into changing style of my 6n clocks for a while. Options seem changing the LEDs ( which I'm no keen on tbh) or White dials, which. You can't get for late model

6n's. So thinking of mk4 golf or Ibiza mk2 cupra. I think these plug in no problem but need re programmed??

Any thoughts or ideas?
