Fairly easy bro, I was able to use a mates jack and axle stands so we could line it up, not so much of an issue if the cars high enough to work under. Its the lining up thats the main work, make sure its straight and that. All along the splitter are flat tabs that would have slid into holes on a Seat Leon, cut these tabs so they're flat and then put a self tapping screw through each and up into the black plastic under the front bumper. It makes more sense when you've got it in front of you.

The only thing is getting it trimmed at the edges, as it will be a bit too wider for the polo, mine are still quite messy where it meets the front arch but have never bothered sorting it, maybe for next show season though...

Yeah its on the long list of things to be sorted at some point, I will either get them smoothed off and colour coded or get the smooth ones that came on some 9n's. Personally wouldn't remove them altogether though

Same, I'm going to smooth my bump strips and grills down and code them with the rest of the car. Also on my list of things that need doing!

yeah this is in the pipeline, at some point I want to colour code the bumpstrips and handles, the lower bit of the bumper- above the splitter, if that makes sense and the mirrors. Although tbf at the moment I sort of feel like the black strips tie into the black wheels, so I'm in no hurry :p

To be honest I had never thought about painting that bit, but alot of people have said it looks a bit odd and I think its colour coded on the 9n GT.

Don't know if its the GT that's colour coded, haven't noticed if it is anyway. I think the plastic bit just blends well with your splitter anyways so if I was to do anything I'd just match them up in black

I should be on it, only live like, 20 miles away but for some reason I've never actually been Probably cause most of my mates dont actually own VW's anymore, but might just head over on my own.

Slightly shorter journey for me but still quite a long one, this year was my first camping at it and well worth it mate!

Yeah its 3 days/ 2 nights camping- so turn up on the friday lunchtime, get wasted, then Saturday recover, maybe look at some cars and then get wasted again then Sunday recover whilst wondering round the show, then drive home.

Its good fun man like a chilled festival but not as muddy and surrounded by tidy slammed VAG motors, but not so many 9n's.

Needs a rusty bonnet...

Well as this is the first year in a while that I'm not going to any festivals, Edition sounds like a good plan!

Trying to get my 9n ready for the show season and especially edition. So we can have a little line of 9n's.

Mines more like a 5hour drive . But I'm used to driving most of it going to and from my parents and my place.

Oh forgot to ask, about your front bumper splitter, eBay? Easy to fit or did it need much modding to get it on?
