Out of interest, why haven't you renewed the MOT to sell it? I'd buy it if it had some more MOT on

Its a risk they need to take and MOT doesnt prove if a cars shit or not!!!

Why is it a risk, are you saying the car won't pass? The car is worth considerably less without MOT on, hence why it's in your interest to put it through. It's also likely to attract more buyers (such as myself) if it has MOT and Tax as it can be driven away by so many more people who don't have cheap/any access to trailers.

If you're not willing to get it MOT'd though, would you be willing to PM me your Document Reference Number on the front cover of your V5C Registration Document so I can see if the car's been put through an MOT already and failed?

If i put new MOT and Tax on it then the price of the car would be over 700!!!

It will pass the MOT.. as i already done a pre-mot check.

Hw will it be worth over £700 if you just said it would be worth the same with a ticket hence why you wouldnt want to put it through. Plus just because you did a pre mot check dosent mean it'll pass. If i squint really hard at my mk2 i imagined a mk1 golf, dosent mean it is though.... Your making it sound a shitter.

i have got exactly the same problem with my polo and i was told by loads of mechanics that my gearbox is on its way out!!! good luck

but i'll offer you 150 based on this if the bodywork is in good nick

Bruv Its a P reg car, of course it would have scratches and scuffs, and i doubt you will get a showroom car for 300 pounds..
