9n3 gti grills and rub strips question

I have just picked up the wifes new car, a very tidy 9n3 tdi sport, and she wants a few bits going, inc GTI honeycomb grills, so how hard are they to change? and I can i get the one for the sides of the bumber where the fogs lights are with holes in? (the tdi has a side mount inter cooler and the ones I have seen on a couple of cars were solid with no way to let air to the cooler) any guides on changing them?

also are the side rub strips just stuck on like the earlier polos? or are they stickers and pins which will leave holes?
