Engine: The car has been fitted with a 1.9 Turbo Diesel engine which had a new head gasket, valve stem seals, cam belt and tensioner, hydraulic lifters, head bolts, awesome gti low temp fan switch and low temp thermostat, diesel filters, oil filters, recent battery, alternator belt, glow plugs, has a wolf race induction filter. The car was fitted with the bigger GTD radiator. Full straight through stainless steel exhaust from silver systems which again, is only a couple of months old. Glow pluigs are on a ignition fed rocker switch and relay.

Chassis: Raceland height adjustable coilovers, goodridge stainless braided brake hoses, recent vented discs and EBC greenstuff pads, front and rear anti roll bars, recent shoes and cylinders, Eibach rear camber shims. The car will come on steel wheels with well legal tyres.The underneath of the car is in brilliant condition, no rot, never been welded, all brake pipes fine, bushes etc fine, cannot see any reason why it would fail next mot.

Interior: The car has a boost gauge fitted to monitor the turbocharger, the backlight comes on with your sidelights and dims alongside the rest of the dash and clocks etc. This is fitted in a blanking plate on the centre console which could easily be removed and a new blank fitted. Bolsters on the seats in very good condition, the best gt2 interior I have come across, no rips or tears or burns. Black carpet which is also in good condition.

Bodywork: headlights were replace as two of the old headlights and one indicator were cracked so all fine now. Uprated bulbs, not bright blue Halfords rubbish. Couple of dings on the bonnet. And paint has been overpolished on some edges and you can see primer. Coupleof dings in thedoors, but aside from this the car looks very nice when polished and out of all the Volkswagens i have ever had this has turned the most heads.

Bad points: the car does crunch into 2nd gear sometimes but I can supply a spare gearbox if you wish. And the body parts mentioned.

Coming with the car will be a pair of very straight and rust free doors (not red), a bonnet in the same condition. And a spare gearbox removed from a low mileage turbodiesel.
