I gloss blacked my GTI grill on Sunday - can't tell much difference but I did it because this was happening

Grills all went back on today blacked, not much of a difference on the photo but looks a lot meaner in real life compared to the previous darker grey colour they were.

haha unfortunately yes! Even 8000k you'd be pushing your luck because they would appear blue and the only cars permitted to use blue lights are of course emergency vehicles! The law does state that the colour emitted from a car's headlights/sidelights should be white or yellow, no other colour is permitted! :/ Certainly if you were to pass the police with just your sidelights on I think they'd be wanting to have a word! Sorry to have burst your bubble :(

Go to halfords and get a set of bike lights that flash for like £5, Stip it, take the bulb's out, Wire the live/negatives to right sides, then a cable into the light from were the bulb holder is. press the button so they flash then control it via switch on the dash ahah. Something along them lines should work. Might blow a few fueses but could work ahaha

HID's are MOT Fail. If police stop you and notice you have HID's you will get a driving conviction with a car that is not road legal. Basically like driving with out a valid MOT. Your best off getting the 5000K and save your money and licence. Coilovers look good bud, what make are they?

I'm not being a hater your just bigging yourself up for having illegal stuff on your car? HID's were made illegal at the start of this year, as for german plates, youll get away with it yeah, untill ONE copper takes a second look and fines you. i have a set of german plates for mine but i dont use them on my car for this very reason.. theres just no point
