Just put the engine back in as it needed repairing, Will start but wont rev at all, the accelerator doesnt work what so ever

Put the fault finder on it and its saying the Throttle sender 1 signal is to high and Throttle sender 2 signal is to low

and while its ticking over and i put the clutch down the engine cuts out
