Front Bumper Retainer

Have just had a quote from main dealer to do some work repairing front wing and bumper on a 1.2e on a 2005 plate (2002-2005 model not the newer 2005 one). As expected, its much higher than i want to pay so am sourcing parts direct, now that i have a list of parts required, and will find someone to do it privately.

The parts list refers to a "front bumper retainer" - does anyone know what this is as I can't find reference to it anywhere else?
